Place was luxurious and near Quirinale. I had a warm welcome from the owner. Rooms then on pictures. Got hair dryers, a bidet and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. It was protected with smoke detectors that made me feel secure. Overall experience was wonderful...

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with a touch of Roman elegance that made me feel like I was living in a time of grandeur. The general areas were well-maintained and inviting, providing a comfortable atmosphere to relax and socialize. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with convenient elevators and spacious hallways that made it easy for me to navigate around the property.
I would have asked for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there were more attentive to our needs.

Nando, who met us at the apartment, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He had food, drinks, and wine ready for us, which was greatly appreciated. the apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect - close to the train station, major sites, and with a gelato place downstairs and a food store nearby. I highly recommend 18 for a wonderful stay in a convenient and comfortable location in the heart of the city.

It is also within walking distance of all the major sights and attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. the apartment is spacious and comfortable, with each room having its own bathroom. the kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are big and comfortable.
There were some minor issues with the power supply, which caused occasional outages and required manual resetting.
